Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods, notify us within 48 hours at sales@curatedbyradiant.com.au. Include images of the damage, the packaging, and a description of the issues. Do not install damaged products; we won't accept returns if installed. We'll arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund if the product is unusable.
Faulty Goods
Report faulty goods within 48 hours to sales@curatedbyradiant.com.au. Include images (or video) of the fault, the packaging, and a description. Electrical fittings must be installed by a qualified electrician with proof required for warranty claims. We'll follow the supplier's warranty for repairs, exchanges, or refunds.
Errors or Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours at sales@curatedbyradiant.com.au. Include images of the product and a description of the error. Check products before installation; installed incorrect products are not returnable. We'll provide a correct replacement or a full refund if unavailable.
Change of Mind / Incorrectly Ordered
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly ordered products. Check specifications carefully before purchasing. In special circumstances, we may consider exchanges, subject to our supplier's return process. Requests must include images of undamaged products and a description. Additional fees may apply, and you are responsible for return shipping.
Custom Orders (Special Items)
Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless damaged or faulty. Ensure all customisation details are correct before ordering. Contact us at sales@curatedbyradiant.com.au if unsure about the custom status of your product.
Sale Items
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds for sale items unless damaged or faulty.
Delivery
Notify us immediately if you provide incorrect delivery information. Once dispatched, details cannot be changed. Curated by Radiant is not liable for lost items due to incorrect details or after successful delivery by the courier. Specify a secure delivery location to ensure receipt.
Other Returns
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
